Playing at the state volleyball tournament is always a highlight for the Tiger volleyball team.  The setting is like non other down at the UCCU Event Center on the UVU campus.  With 4 courts on the main floor, there is no lack of energy and excitement as the stands fill with rowdy fans.  This year, the Orem Tigers battled against Woods Cross in round 1 and lost a hard fought match in 5 games.  With that loss, it took them out of the running for the state title but that didn’t stop this team from finishing strong.  Our lady tigers beat Bonneville in round 2, Timpanogos in round 3 and Mt. Crest in round 4 to finish 6th in state.  Ending the season with a 3-1 run, is something this team will never forget.
